Site Co-ordinator/Supervisor
Would you like to work for a growing & dynamic building company with long term contracts in place?
Due to our recent growth, Jordans NSW is looking for Site co-ordinator/Supervisor to join our growing team. Located in Sydneys South West with projects throughout the Sydney greater metro & blue mountains
We are seeking a Site Coordinator/Supervisor with a minimum 5 yrs previous experience on either commercial, industrial or insurance retifications works (School Project experience considered a plus) for prjects in value from $100k to $750k. You must be able to work independently, take & give direction, have a good understanding of building services & other trades, be highly motivated, be able to manage clients on site when required and able to finish work on time.
Heve the ability to implement strict OHS & risk management plans along with managing mulitple sites. Must be focused & good attention to detail, PC skills including communication & interpersonal skills.
The right person will be well rewarded in this role, along with a real opportunity to progress.
We are offering a package of up to 85k for the right applicant. Persons with greater experience may also apply & consideration will be comesirate with experieance & track record.

Storeman Workshop Handler
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
Receiving incoming goods & materials, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices / delivery dockets
Loading and unloading of vehilce
Delivery duties from time to time
Maintaining tools/equipment register
Maintaining vehicle maintenance register & vehicle works documentation binders
Logging all tools/equipment in & out to sites and/or tradesmen
Ensuring all tools & equipment are operational & to code
Ensuring the warehouse is maintained in a clean, tidy & safe working environment
Providing high level pier to pier service
Adhering to company policies and procedures
To be considered for this position, you will ideally possess:
- Good customer service and relationship building skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- PC literacy
- Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team, multi task and meet deadlines
- Current NSW Drivers Forklift license a advantage but not essential
- A proven track record of reliability and punctuality
- Suit persons with trade background

Plumbing Apprentice(s)
Jordans are currently looking for 1st or 2nd Year apprentices to join our team on a full time basis. As a Trainee apprentice you will be working with and assisting a senior tradesman. Learning all aspects of plumbing maintenance and installation across sites in Sydney and the Blue Mountains.
In order to take up this opportunity you must be someone who is reliable ands willing to learn and take direction. Driver’s licence and Green card an advantage.
